Your Role

As Care Coordinator, you’ll:

Organise rotas & match carers to clients

Support clients & care staff daily

Maintain Trinity’s high care standards

Take part in the on-call rota (paid extra)

Handle emergencies calmly & professionally

 

What We’re Looking For

Experience in domiciliary/live-in care (QCF Level 2/3 preferred)

Strong communication & organisation skills

Tech-savvy and confident in a fast-paced role

Unfortunately, we cannot offer sponsorship
