What you’ll be serving up…

• Capex Register Management: Maintain and update the Capex register, track expenditures, ensure proper asset capitalization, and reconcile balances with the general ledger.
• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Assist in preparing financial reports, ensuring accuracy in statements, and conducting variance analysis.
• Month-End & Year-End Closing: Support closing processes with a focus on capital items, manage reconciliations, and assist with audits.
• Compliance & Regulatory Reporting: Ensure adherence to internal policies, tax laws, and accounting standards while preparing regulatory data. Support audit processes by addressing auditor queries and providing required documentation.
• General Administrative Support: Maintain organized financial records and provide administrative assistance to the finance team.

The ingredients you'll bring...

• ACCA/ACA Part-Qualified with 2+ years of financial experience (preferably in a similar industry).
• Proficient in SAP and Excel (Pivot, VLookups, data manipulation).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, capex management, and asset tracking.
• Detail-oriented with analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team with effective communication skills.
• Knowledge of statutory financial statements, tax regulations, and compliance is a plus.
• Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
