We are looking for an experienced customer service professional to join us as our new Administrator.  This is a diverse role where you will work closely with our customers, answering queries and ensuring they receive a high level of care. You will be the key between our customers and other internal business units, ensuring customer requirements are met in the most efficient manner. This varied role encompasses a large administration component including data entry and reporting, making sure information around customer inventory, orders and warehouse activities is correctly captured through the Warehouse Management System.

What will I be doing?

• Providing a high level of customer service
• Liaising across business units to ensure customer excellence
• Preparing customer billing and completion of eCert documentation requirements
• Performing data entry and maintaining accurate customer and operational records
• Processing customer orders, bookings and inventory transactions within the WMS
• Supporting accurate inventory control through stock investigations and reconciliations

What will I need?

• Previous experience in 3PL, warehousing or logistics administration role
• Be detail orientated with strong administration skills
• Be confident using Warehouse Management systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel
• Be customer focussed with a high level of professionalism
• Be able to work well under pressure, and be able to multi task and prioritise
• Display strong written and verbal communication skills
• Be proactive, with a strong work ethic

Experience in 3PL or logistics related environments would be advantageous, experience within a temperature controlled food transportation industry would be a real bonus.
