We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our Logistics department at the Worcester Distribution Centre as a Distribution Co-ordinator!

Based at the Worcester Distribution Centre, our Logistics team is the operational heartbeat of our supply chain. We manage the seamless flow of high-quality products from our facilities directly to our valued domestic and international customers. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Smart Planning: Utilising digital planning systems to identify and coordinate the most efficient, cost-effective, and timely delivery solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Supporting team-led process optimisation projects with a strong focus on digitalisation, automation, and sustainable logistics.
  • Customer Delight: Proactively tracking and monitoring shipping activities to maintain a flawless on-time delivery record for our domestic and global customers.
  • Global Compliance: Coordinating international trade and customs compliance tasks, ensuring all essential documentation is completed accurately and legally.
  • System Integrity: Maintaining and updating SAP database records to ensure real-time accuracy in shipping, tracking, and delivery documentation.
  • Green Initiatives: Contributing to our ongoing environmental goals by identifying opportunities to reduce carbon footprint and operational waste within our distribution processes.

Your profile

Education requirements:

GCSEs (including English and Mathematics at Grade C/4 or above), international equivalent or equivalent practical experience.

  • Effective Communicator: excellent verbal and written communication skills to build positive relationships with internal teams and external logistics partners.

  • Resilient & Adaptable: able to prioritise tasks while remaining calm and maintaining structure under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-Solver: a proactive approach to tackling challenges and a desire to make processes run smoother.
  • Prior experience working in an office-based logistics, shipping, or supply chain administration role.

Nice-to-Haves (Great advantages, but full training is provided!):

  • Hands-on experience utilising SAP or similar ERP databases.
  • A strong interest in environmental sustainability
  • Proven involvement in digital transformation projects.
