Key Responsibilities

Raise Purchase Orders accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring correct coding and approvals

Support sales ledger activities, including maintaining ledgers and resolving queries

Support with customer recharges and sundry invoicing

Support with claims and raise customer credits

Provide administrative support to the wider finance team

Respond to internal and external finance queries in a professional and timely manner

Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures

Support audit processes by preparing required documentation

Experience & Skills

Previous experience in a finance or accounts role desirable but not essential

Good understanding of basic accounting principles

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

Experience using accounting systems(e.g. SAP,Dynamics) desirable but not essential

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

AAT or willingness to study towards a professional qualification (desirable)

Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across the business
