The Finance Systems team is responsible for supporting and evolving the technology platforms that enable Finance operations across the Group. The team manages critical finance applications, supports day-to-day business operations, and partners closely with Finance, Shared Services, and Technology teams to deliver transformation initiatives, drive process improvements, and ensure stable, efficient, and compliant financial systems.

This is a key leadership role driving the evolution of our finance systems landscape.

You will lead the ERP transformation journey, act as a strategic partner to Finance, and shape how technology supports and enables the function. Balancing transformation and BAU, you will ensure our systems are efficient, scalable, and consistently one step ahead of business needs

What you will be doing;

Lead the ERP transformation and consolidation into Oracle Fusion

Act as a strategic business partner to senior Finance stakeholders

Work closely with the Shared Services team in Manila across operations and change

Oversee and support BAU finance systems operations

Drive standardisation, simplification, and process optimisation

Lead innovation and continuously improve the finance technology landscape

Proactively identify opportunities and deliver simple, effective solutions

Who we are looking for

Strong ERP experience (Oracle Fusion preferred)

Deep understanding of finance processes (GL, AP, AR, reporting)

Proven experience leading transformation or large-scale system change

Strong stakeholder management at senior levels

Experience working with global / shared service teams

Strategic thinker with a delivery-focused approach
