Programme Manager

Job description

The Programme Manager role will support the PMO Team in delivering the Trusts programme management function, monitoring multiple programmes, and adhering to good practice in programme management. Duties include identifying and logging programme-associated risks and working collaboratively across the Trust. The successful candidate will also deputise for Senior Programme Managers when required, produce programme-related reports and develop project plans.

 

They will provide advice on programmes, ensure programmes comply with the Trusts Project Management standards and support programme leads in planning and executing programmes and projects. The successful candidate will represent the PMO at events, attend project meetings, and act as the point of contact for programme management queries. The Programme Manager will also review and analyse project documentation, provide guidance to wider Trust teams, and maintain a robust document and data storage system.
