Job description
As part of the Marketing team, you will own and execute Crowcon’s global channel marketing strategy, supporting growth through new and existing channel partners. This is a hands-on role responsible for translating business and product priorities into integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive engagement, pipeline and partner performance.
Working closely with Sales, Product Management and the wider Marketing team, you will play a key role in helping partners succeed by supporting sales enablement, pipeline development, joint opportunities and long-term account growth, while acting as a trusted point of contact for Marketing across the global partner network.
This is a new role for the business, offering the opportunity to shape and develop Crowcon’s global partner marketing approach in a fast-paced, collaborative and growing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Marketing Plan & Execution
- Own and lead the execution of the channel partner marketing plan across the global partner base, working closely with regional Sales, Product Management and Brand Marketing teams to ensure channel activity is aligned with wider marketing, product and account priorities.
- Design and execute joint demand generation activities, from bespoke campaigns for top-tier partners to scalable “Campaigns in a Box” programmes for the wider channel, driving measurable engagement, pipeline and ROI.
- Translate global marketing campaign frameworks into local, high-impact marketing plans that resonate with partners.
- Key role in planning, delivering and supporting our channel partner events globally.
- Support activation of global brand campaigns through distribution partners.
Partner Engagement & Enablement
- Lead how Crowcon communicates with and engages its partner audience.
- Design and execute an always-on partner communication strategy across multiple channels.
- Support onboarding and enablement programmes for new channel partners.
- Create and maintain campaign toolkits, partner content, sales enablement materials and marketing resources.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing channel partners.
- Run regular marketing reviews and collaborate on joint marketing plans with key partners.
Portal Management
- Support the development, enhancement and execution of Crowcon’s partner portal.
- Manage day-to-day ownership of the partner portal, including content updates, usability improvements and engagement tracking.
Performance & Reporting
- Track partner engagement, campaign performance and programme effectiveness using data and analytics.
- Build reporting and dashboards to measure channel programme ROI, identify optimisation opportunities and support decision making.
- Ensure co-marketing investment is allocated strategically and tied to measurable outcomes.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B channel or partner marketing, communications or generalist marketing, ideally within industrial, technical or technology sectors.
- Hands-on experience developing and executing partner marketing programmes and campaigns.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue impact.
- Experience working in a matrixed, international environment across global teams.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign performance tracking, reporting and dashboards.
- Ability to translate complex priorities into clear and compelling partner-facing communications.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a lean team environment with the ability to prioritise, multitask and adapt quickly.
