As Project Delivery Specialist, you will work autonomously implementing the inspHire product suite via on-site or remote sessions.

Main Duties and Responsibilities 

• Adhere to the PSG Ways of Working at all times.
• Ensure all projects are implemented in a professional timely manner.
• Manage multiple projects or varying scope and size simultaneously.
• Full implementation life cycle of inspHire product suite.
• Training customers both on-site and remote as determined by the project scope.
• Prepare and conduct project kick-off meetings both internally and externally.
• Monitor, track and report delivery activity and project status both internally and externally.
• Manage/document/escalate delivery risks and issues to Head of Professional Services when necessary.
• Utilise correct tools and processes as defined by the Head of Professional Services.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience 

Essential: 

• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Demonstrable experience in Project Management.
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in all aspects of the project life cycle.
• Problem-solving.

Desirable: 

• Understanding of ERP systems and their delivery
• Experience working with an industry recognised project management methodology (eg PRINCE2)
• Experience with SQL Server databases.
• Experience with Crystal Reports.
• Business/commercial awareness
