What you can expect

  • Welcoming and looking after our guests at the reception
  • Check-in, Check-Out to the individual standards
  • Processing reservations from all types of guests and preparing their arrival information
  • Actively selling additional services and touristic offers such as tickets, excursions etc.
  • Collaboration with the optimisation of quality assurance and guest satisfaction
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks in close cooperation with other departments

What you bring along

  • Work experience in a similar function, ideally within hospitality/tourism
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, customer oriented
  • Knowledge of commonly used IT-Tools; ideally including hotel booking systems, etc.
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, Italian or any other European language is of advantage
  • Pre-Settled or Settled status (Residence/work permit for UK )is mandatory
