What you can expect
- Welcoming and looking after our guests at the reception
- Check-in, Check-Out to the individual standards
- Processing reservations from all types of guests and preparing their arrival information
- Actively selling additional services and touristic offers such as tickets, excursions etc.
- Collaboration with the optimisation of quality assurance and guest satisfaction
- Ad hoc administrative tasks in close cooperation with other departments
What you bring along
- Work experience in a similar function, ideally within hospitality/tourism
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, customer oriented
- Knowledge of commonly used IT-Tools; ideally including hotel booking systems, etc.
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, Italian or any other European language is of advantage
- Pre-Settled or Settled status (Residence/work permit for UK )is mandatory
