Our Copy team turns ideas into clear, engaging messages that land. They write and refine communications for our app, website, and external channels that promote our features and everyday experiences.

We're looking for a B2B Growth Copywriter who turns data into words that convert.

You'll write social, Google, out-of-home, and digital out-of-home ads for Revolut Business that drive measurable results across multiple markets — testing headlines, experimenting with CTAs, and iterating based on what the numbers tell you.

What you'll be doing

 

  • Creating, editing, and proofreading content for Revolut Business' performance marketing and advertising channels
  • Developing compelling narratives about Revolut Business and our features
  • Producing best-in-class messaging for a variety of growth channels across the top, mid, and bottom of the marketing funnel
  • Adhering to our style guide and tone of voice, ensuring content is optimised for each market
  • Reviewing longer-form content, like scripts, ebooks, landing pages, and brochures
  • Partnering with Business Marketing and Design teams to create stand-out content

 

What you'll need

 

  • Fluency in English
  • Exceptional writing, speaking, and editing skills
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B performance marketing, advertising, or content creation
  • An excellent understanding of best practices in B2B content creation
  • The ability to understand business objectives and target audience psychology
  • Expertise in producing high volumes of sharp, varied copy for multiple markets
  • A flexible, self-starter mindset to manage workload, processes, and priorities independently
  • The ability to work well with a variety of stakeholders, from Legal to Localisation
  • A get-it-done attitude to meet tight deadlines and thrive in a high-performance environment

 

Nice to have

 

  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience within high-value sectors, like technology, SaaS, or finance
  • An understanding of keyword research
  • Extensive experience with paid media, such as Google Ads
  • Familiarity with AI tools to research and draft, while adding human expertise to generate high-quality content
