We’re growing, and we’re looking for a proactive, enthusiastic Client Lifecycle Administrator who enjoys being the go‑to person for getting things done properly. Please note: travel between our Staverton office and Cheltenham offices will be required as part of this role.
What you’ll do
Gather due‑diligence information and process new client applications
Complete AML checks and compliance monitoring
Provide clear guidance on onboarding and AML requirements
Support colleagues with queries to keep onboarding moving
Prepare reports for the MLRO
Identify risks and improvements to our processes
Collaborate with Risk Management to keep policies up to date
What you’ll bring
3+ years’ experience in compliance/onboarding
Confident use of Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Strong communication skills and a calm, organised approach
A positive, can‑do attitude and great attention to detail
