Job description
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Customer Service Adviser to join our dynamic Customer Service Team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the customer journey, working closely with Sales and internal teams to deliver a seamless experience from order placement through to project completion, ensuring everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standard. If you enjoy solving problems, building relationships, and being part of a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, this could be the role for you!
Manage the full customer order process from initial sale through to delivery
Ensure equipment is delivered accurately and on time
Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email, managing expectations throughout
Resolve stock challenges where orders cannot be fully fulfilled
Maintain accurate records and update systems accordingly
Escalate customer queries or complaints using CRM systems
Work collaboratively with Sales, Stock Control, Logistics, Accounts, and other depots
Assist with returns queries alongside the Inbound teamSupport Aftercare with invoice queries and investigations

What you'll need to be successful:

Proven experience in customer service, with knowledge of database systems
Strong administration skills and excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and social skills
Ability to remain calm and effective in a busy, fast-paced environment
Proactive, resilient, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (essential)
Strong work ethic with a reliable, open, and positive approach
NVQ in Business Administration (desirable)
