Job description
We’re looking for an Administration Office Coordinator to join our site team at Orwell Logistics Park, supporting day‑to‑day office operations and the Logistics function on one of the UK’s largest infrastructure projects
This is a fully on‑site role, ideal for someone who enjoys being a visible, reliable presence in the office. You will act as the first point of contact for site administration, managing meeting rooms, visitors, parking, and general enquiries, while also providing hands‑on administrative support to the Logistics team.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide site‑wide office coordination and daily administrative support
• Manage meeting rooms, visitors, parking, and general site enquiries
• Support diary management, meetings, minute‑taking, and document control
• Assist the Logistics team with reports, presentations, and meeting records
• Liaise with internal teams and the client to ensure smooth site operations
• Maintain accurate document control, records, trackers, and logs in line with SZC procedures
• Arrange travel, accommodation, and hospitality as required
• Support onboarding and induction of new starters and visitors
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies and administrative standards

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications & Experience
Essential
• Previous experience in administration, office coordination, or team support
• Strong administrative/secretarial knowledge with the ability to learn new systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent organisational skills with a methodical and flexible approach
• Ability to work independently and use initiative
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships
• A collaborative, team‑focused approach
• Proven ability to handle confidential information appropriately
