Sales Administrator

As our business looks to deliver its ambitious strategy of growth, we are looking for a full time Sales Administrator to join our team at Cowick to provide a seamless service to our UK&IE customer base providing product data, managing sample requests and act as the main support for our sales teams

Educated to GCSE level, or equivalent.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Confident using systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Previous experience using CRM would be advantageous.

Excellent customer service skills.

Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

Build and maintain strong relationships with external customers, delivering a consistently high standard of customer service.

Use Croda systems effectively to prepare, maintain, and communicate accurate customer information as required.

Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Supply Chain, Logistics, PAD, and Customer Service, to ensure seamless service delivery.

Use the CRM system to generate sales leads and process samples accurately and efficiently for UK customers, ensuring full traceability throughout.

Produce regular reports on open samples to support timely delivery, monitoring progress and proactively communicating updates to customers.

Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational processes.

Work towards and achieve KPI/SLA targets set by the business.

Act as a key point of contact for customers, responding to regulatory enquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Provide support to the sales team with sample-related queries and associated documentation.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data within C4C.

Ensure full compliance with company procedures, policies, and quality standards.
