Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Carnegie School of Sport for an enthusiastic Course Administrator to join our student administration team. You’ll be a key point of contact for students and academic colleagues throughout the entire student journey, providing guidance, connecting students with specialist services, and ensuring records are accurate and well maintained. It’s a varied role that requires strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple demands with confidence.
We’re looking for a team player with excellent administrative experience, outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and strong spreadsheet, database and word processing abilities. A friendly, positive, customer focused approach is essential, along with the ability to prioritise your workload, use initiative and work well under pressure as part of a busy team.
