Commercial Finance Business Partner – The Role

As a Commercial Finance Business Partner, you'll lead FP&A using forecasting, modelling and data insight to shape strategy, improve profitability and drive business performance.

Own FP&A including budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling

Deliver insight-led reporting, variance analysis and performance tracking

Partner with senior stakeholders to influence pricing, profitability and growth

Build KPIs and generate actionable commercial insights

Analyse and manipulate data to support decision-making

Drive reporting automation, systems improvements and data quality

Support audits, ESG reporting and key finance initiatives

Lead cross-functional projects and continuous improvement

Commercial Finance Business Partner – What are we looking for?

ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified is preferrable, but would consider part-qualified with strong practical experience

Strong Excel and financial modelling skills

Proven FP&A experience across forecasting and budgeting

Confident influencing senior stakeholders

Experience improving systems, processes and reporting

Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
