Senior influencer Manager

Job description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Campaign Delivery: Utilise your expertise to ensure seamless, high-impact influencer campaign delivery. Track and optimise campaigns for strong client returns.
  • Client Roadmap Development: Strategically shape and evolve the client roadmap, nurturing long-term relationships while identifying reactive opportunities.
  • Senior Client Relationships: Own and deepen senior client relationships, acting as a key escalation point and providing regular engagement to support Client Service & Creative teams in account growth strategies.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Creative & Paid Social teams to maximise campaign performance and champion the influencer product across business functions.
  • Process Implementation: Develop, implement, and refine guidelines and resource planning to enhance operational efficiency where necessary. Collaborate with leadership to address team challenges as they arise.
  • SOW Management: Support wider teams to define accurate, profitable SOWs.
  • Team Development: Support and develop your direct reports (3), fostering a positive and productive team environment.
  • Market Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, encompassing different platforms, influencer tiers, content formats, and ROI measurement.
  • Data Analysis Expertise: Conduct thorough data analysis to evaluate campaign performance and drive strategic decisions, ensuring insights are effectively communicated and leveraged for future initiatives.
  • Reporting Proficiency: Strong reporting skills focused on influencer metrics, providing actionable insights that inform clients and elevate campaign success.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 4+ years of influencer campaign execution and proven experience in managing at least 2 direct reports.
  • Agency experience is essential for this role.
  • Demonstrable track record of creating and implementing high-performing influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to understand and leverage collaboration opportunities with other business lines.
  • A natural problem solver with a proactive approach to client solutions.
  • Confident, dynamic, and engaging communicator who prioritises quality work and a positive work environment.
  • Passionate about developing influencer team knowledge.
  • Immediate start availability is highly preferred
