The Academic Programmes Office (APO) is a large vibrant and dynamic professional service support team at IOE. The APO provides student and programme support for all accredited academic programmes, (undergraduate, post graduate and teacher training) as well as for all research student activity.
About the role
The Data and Compliance Coordinator is responsible for taking a lead role in ensuring that the IOE’s Initial Teacher Education programmes are fully compliant with requirements from external bodies, including Ofsted and the Department for Education.
The post holder works closely with the Head of Initial Teacher Education and other senior members of the ITE and IOE management teams to implement and maintain systems and processes which will ensure that the data, management information and reporting requirements of the ITE programme area are met and that the data is accurate, timely and accessible.
The Data and Compliance Coordinator line manages the ITE Student Data Officer.
About you
You will be educated to degree level or equivalent professional experience and have knowledge of Higher Education administrative systems and processes.
You will also have strong demonstrable data and statistical analysis skills, including the ability to determine statistical significance and other trends.
