Overview of the role is to co-ordinate the delivery of talent attraction, onboarding, training, and engagement activities. This involves attending external recruitment and careers events, managing work experience programmes, delivering Hotel Induction and entry level training, maintaining training records and contributing to employee engagement initiatives.

This role is part time- 32 hours a week.

We can offer flexibility between Wednesday and Friday; however, candidates must be available on Mondays and Tuesdays.
