What you’ll be doing:

You will be sourcing, ordering and organising the materials required for our property services team, to make sure they have suitable materials for attending to customer repairs.

You will be responsible for the smooth and safe running of the warehouse area, carrying out safety checks and keeping the area organised.

You will work with our repairs management software to keep all orders up to date and to keep accurate records of expected delivery dates, costs and goods received documentation.

You will support other members of the team during busy times such as fleet management and facilities.

About you

You will need to be flexible with your day, as no two days are alike.

You will be comfortable working in a role that requires an element of physical work, ie lifting items and keeping warehouse area clean, tidy and safe.

You will be great with IT system use, have attention to detail, and not afraid to pick up the phone and speak to customers and suppliers.

You will have strong building materials product knowledge ideally having previously worked in a trade or a merchant background, or similar.
