The Project Site Administrator role will be based on site, offering comprehensive administrative support to the joint venture delivery teams delivering a wide range of construction projects across a highly secure MOD environment. You'll be at the heart of the team, ensuring smooth operations and helping everyone stay organised and connected.

 

What will you be responsible for?

As a Project Site Administrator, you'll be working within the project delivery team, supporting them in delivering high-quality construction projects efficiently. Your day to day will include:

Managing documents, preparing weekly reports, and keeping site information boards current

Processing invoices, handling drawings on Viewpoint, and maintaining the drawings register

Coordinating security information, issuing passes, and ensuring compliance with client protocols

Organising meetings and site visits, including booking rooms, arranging parking, and setting up IT facilities

Supporting the leadership team with diary management, preparing presentations, and liaising with stakeholders

 

What are we looking for?

This role of Project Site Administrator is great for you if:

You have previous experience in a construction site or office administration role

You're confident using Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel to a high standard

You're comfortable working at pace, adapting to challenges, and meeting tight deadlines

You enjoy building relationships with various stakeholders and working collaboratively

You hold a full driving licence and are able to undergo SC clearance checks
