This is a high-impact role where you’ll combine strategic thinking, digital expertise, and leadership to elevate our UK marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with UK strategy
• Develop campaign strategies including audience targeting, messaging, and channel selection
• Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively to maximise ROI
• Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, using insights to optimise future activity
• Act as the central point of contact for campaign delivery across internal teams
• Drive the implementation and optimisation of marketing automation tools, particularly HubSpot
• Improve marketing processes and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Collaborate with marketing, digital, events, and commercial teams to deliver impactful campaigns
• Support media planning and work with partners to maximise reach and engagement
• Lead, mentor, and develop a Marketing Executive, supporting their ongoing learning and development
• Stay up to date with performance marketing trends, tools, and best practices

About You:

• Proven experience delivering integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including email, PPC, paid social, SEO, and display
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (ideally HubSpot) and analytics tools
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading or mentoring team members
• Good understanding of marketing, sales, and customer journey principles
• Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused mindset
