What you’ll do
- Lead the delivery of a professional, compliant HR service that supports site performance and aligns with wider Group people priorities.
- Partner with site leadership and managers to provide trusted advice on employee relations, resourcing, engagement, and capability building.
- Use people data, KPIs, and feedback to inform decision‑making and drive continuous improvement.
- Shape talent, development, and succession plans to support long‑term site capability.
- Lead and develop the site HR team, championing a high‑performance, inclusive culture.
What we’re looking for
- CIPD or proven HR experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within food production or manufacturing.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience in supporting managers in areas like employee relations, performance, and engagement.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to establish trust across all levels of the business.
- Solid knowledge of employment law, recruitment, and ER, with the ability to handle complex HR issues.
- A proactive, solution-focused approach to driving HR improvements and supporting business success.
- A strong team player who works collaboratively across the business, builds positive and respectful relationships, and contributes to a high‑trust, high‑standards culture where people support one another and pull in the same direction.
