What you’ll be doing
Role Overview
This is a highly administrative role supporting the Customer Services function.
You will act as the central point of coordination for all administrative processes within the team, ensuring information, systems, and reporting are accurate, up to date, and running efficiently.
This is a non-customer-facing role, working closely with internal teams and external partners to support the smooth running of customer service operations behind the scenes
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day to day administrative support, maintaining team records and systems
Sharing regular updates on property completions and key dates
Maintaining accurate data in order to produce and manage documents and reports on a weekly/monthly basis using Excel, Word and/or c360.
Tracking and reporting property defects for the team
Processing invoices, tracking purchase orders and engineer timesheets
Helping the team stay organised and on track
What you’ll bring
Essential
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy when managing data.
Confident communicator with colleagues, external partners, and customers.
Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.
Desirable:
Experience using systems such as IFS, C360, or similar CRM/ERP platforms.
