You will Support the management of a portfolio of YouGov subsidiaries across multiple jurisdictions

Apply the Group’s subsidiary governance framework and work closely with stakeholders in Finance, Tax, and Legal & Business Integrity

Maintain statutory records and ensure compliance with annual reporting requirements, including confirmations, minutes, and filing of financial statements
