You will Own the end-to-end examinations and assessment service across all sites, establishing an annual exams cycle, service standards and KPIs; provide regular assurance reports to the Assistant Principal – Student Experience and SLT.

Line-manage the Exams Team (including recruitment, induction, objective setting, appraisal and CPD); build and maintain a trained bank of invigilators appropriate to seasonal demand.
