You’ll own your P&L and lead on key KPIs across the store, always with a focus on profitability and controllable costs (think hiring, rotas, payroll, customer success, stock control), which help maximise sales and profitability. You’ll set the tone for the store, fostering an inclusive, positive environment where the team feels valued, motivated, and proud of the work they do.
