Post holder will lead strategic project structuring and develop comprehensive Project Management Plans, establishing master programmes that define key milestones and team responsibilities. They will interrogate construction programmes, make necessary changes, and assess contractor progress and performance during delivery. The role includes monitoring on-site quality and issuing instructions for defect rectification where required, managing the design team to ensure contractual compliance, coordinating responses to technical queries and ensuring adherence to document management and communication protocols.
