Oversee the creation and implementation of integrated business plans and financial projections, coordinating customer, business development, and personnel priorities with the strategic objectives of the company.
Work together with stakeholders to make sure that solid financial projections support the goals for income, expenses, and cash flow.
Plan resource requirements, structures, and budgets in collaboration with the Managing Partner and senior leadership.
