Job description

Own the onboarding process for new starters, including all system updates and ensuring the employee is properly set up on NEP, serving as the primary point of contact for the employee once they have accepted the job offer, assisting managers with the preparation of the induction programme, and hosting a Head Office Induction for new starters.

Own the probation review process across all departments, which includes distributing probation review forms, reminding managers of crucial dates, and providing evidence for any pertinent meetings and outcomes. If further assistance is required with extending or failing probation terms, it will be escalated to the appropriate People Partner.
