Job description

Provide day-to-day HR support and advise all managers on matters such as grievance, discipline, absence management, maternity, paternity, flexible working etc.

Offer coaching with investigation, discipline, grievance and counselling meetings in a timely manner

Support the management team in the leadership of organisation, to ensure the development of skills and knowledge in all areas of people management
